Creative Summit Motion Design
The Brief
We were asked to art direct and design various collateral for a creative summit by Business and the Arts Newfoundland. The goal was to design a series of motion/ animation and still images that represent creative thinking. The key was to keep the look and feel professional so as to keep the diverse audience of artists, designers and business people engaged. We drew on graphic imagery of crisp line drawings. For each speaker, we created a custom design that represented the topic they covered. The result is slick yet fun and drove ticket sales up for the summit.

Jen and I have known each other as creative professionals for over a decade. We’ve worked on countless projects together from personal artistic paper installations to large design projects. I recently hired her to art direct and design a campaign for Business and the Arts Newfoundland. We worked closely to create original concepts and design dozens of products including posters, social media posts, brochures, motion graphics and digital graphics.
